Floors with a TIMBER SUBFLOOR will generally be completed in ONE DAY as we will only be Removing Tiles from your property this is because we do not offer a floor sanding service to remove the glue or cement residue.
Floors with a CONCRETE SUBFLOOR will generally be completed in TWO DAYS as we will be Removing Tiles on the first day and we will be Concrete Grinding on the second day to remove the glue or cement residue.
– For larger jobs, we may need more than one day.
– To date we have finished 99% of our residential jobs in one day, allowing for minimum disruption to you and your family.
